Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor daily housekeeping operations to ensure compliance with hospital hygiene and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure turnaround times for room cleaning and decontamination meet hospital benchmarks.
- Conduct regular inspections of hospital facilities, including wards, clinics, and common areas, to maintain high aesthetic and safety standards.
- Manage and mentor housekeeping staff, including training on new cleaning technologies and safety protocols.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment while monitoring expenditure.
- Handle feedback or service recovery related to facility cleanliness with professionalism and empathy.
- Prepare periodic reports on housekeeping performance, operational efficiency, and maintenance issues for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably within a hospital or high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of infection control standards, healthcare cleaning protocols, and workplace safety (WSH) practices.
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage diverse teams in a demanding operational setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software.
- Ability to work rotating shifts or provide on-call support as required by hospital operations.
