Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end IT infrastructure projects from planning to execution
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and networks
- Ensure infrastructure security, reliability, and scalability across all platforms
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
- Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor system performance and address issues proactively
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, servers, and cloud technologies
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, AWS, ITIL) preferred
- Experience in a community service or non-profit organization is a plus
