Tanggung Jawab
- Manage IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement IT security protocols to protect sensitive data and systems
- Oversee technology procurement, budgeting, and vendor relationship management
- Provide technical support and training to staff across all departments
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and technology lifecycle management
- Document IT procedures, policies, and technical documentation
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency
- Lead cross-functional IT projects aligned with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of IT management or senior technical support experience
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system administration
- Project management skills with experience in IT implementation and maintenance
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting expertise
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ITIL, or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
