Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge bases for internal use.
- Create, review, and update IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of IT policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective technical solutions.
- Conduct user training sessions to enhance IT literacy and reduce support tickets.
- Monitor IT system performance and suggest improvements for documentation accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, documentation, or process management.
- Strong proficiency in writing clear, concise, and professional technical documentation.
- Proven experience in creating and maintaining IT SOPs and internal policies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong technical aptitude for troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to train and guide non-technical staff.
