Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Point of Sale (POS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot application errors, and implement timely patches or upgrades.
- Collaborate with business units to identify system requirements and improve user experience.
- Conduct regular system backups, security audits, and data integrity checks.
- Train end-users on new software functionalities and existing system procedures.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in IT application support, preferably within the retail or logistics sector.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and WMS platforms.
- Proficiency in database management (SQL) and scripting languages.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize multiple technical tasks.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and non-technical staff.
- Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified, CompTIA) are an advantage.
