Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure including networks, servers, cloud services, and virtualization platforms
- Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity frameworks, policies, and incident response protocols
- Lead system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing initiatives
- Manage IT security tools including firewalls, SIEM systems, and endpoint protection platforms
- Oversee disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing procedures
- Collaborate with department heads to identify technology requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Monitor system performance, security metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management with 3+ years in security specialization
- Professional certifications (CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent)
- Expertise in network architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and security best practices
- Proven experience developing and implementing security policies and access controls
- Strong analytical skills for threat modeling, risk assessment, and forensic investigations
- Excellent communication abilities to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
