Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle IT procurement including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for hardware, software, and cloud services
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize procurement decisions
- Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics through KPI monitoring
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with IT teams to align procurement with technology roadmap and budget constraints
- Prepare procurement reports and cost-benefit analyses for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of IT procurement experience with technology focus
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in cost optimization strategies
- Certification in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) or supply chain management preferred
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
