Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end course registration process, ensuring accuracy and timely execution each semester.
- Administer and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure optimal functionality for faculty and students.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with academic policies regarding course enrollment, prerequisites, and capacity management.
- Collaborate with IT departments to troubleshoot system issues, implement upgrades, and optimize user experience.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data analytics on enrollment trends and system performance for university leadership.
- Provide expert guidance to faculty and administrative staff regarding system features and registration protocols.
- Develop and maintain documentation, user manuals, and training materials for learning platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in academic administration, higher education systems, or operational support.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, or Moodle) and Student Information Systems.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume administrative tasks with high levels of accuracy.
- Experience in data management and ability to generate insightful reports using Excel or BI tools.
