Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the AFA Group and its subsidiaries across all business operations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards specific to our operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to address complex business issues
- Manage and mitigate legal risks through proactive identification and resolution of potential issues
- Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure adherence to statutory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate legal considerations into business strategies
- Stay updated on changes in legislation and regulations that may impact the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law with a valid practicing certificate from the Malaysian Bar
- Minimum of 5-7 years of legal experience, preferably in corporate law or a related field
- Proven track record in providing legal support to multiple subsidiaries or business units
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian corporate law, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide practical business-oriented solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
