Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse logistics operations to ensure maximum efficiency and on-time processing.
- Implement cost-saving strategies across logistics workflows without compromising service quality.
- Monitor and ensure strict adherence to safety, security, and environmental compliance standards.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to generate actionable insights and continuous improvement reports.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to streamline supply chain processes.
- Manage inventory reconciliation processes and perform regular audits to maintain high data accuracy.
- Support leadership in forecasting logistics requirements based on operational demands and port traffic.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or port operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics management software (WMS/ERP).
- In-depth knowledge of local customs regulations and international shipping compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Proven track record in process optimization and warehouse cost management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure port environment.
