- Oversee end-to-end program management of the MD curriculum, ensuring academic rigor and compliance with accreditation standards
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance student learning outcomes and clinical training experiences
- Lead cross-functional teams in curriculum development, faculty coordination, and student support services
- Manage program budgets, resources, and reporting mechanisms to ensure operational efficiency
- Facilitate partnerships with teaching hospitals and healthcare institutions for clinical rotations
- Analyze program metrics and implement continuous improvement processes
- Represent the program at university committees and industry forums
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management, academic administration, or healthcare operations
- Proven track record in curriculum development and stakeholder management
