Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end process optimization initiatives within the processing department
- Identify inefficiencies through data analysis and stakeholder consultations
- Develop and implement continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies
- Design and execute pilot projects to validate process enhancements
- Monitor KPIs and report on operational performance metrics
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for seamless implementation
- Document standardized procedures and training materials for new workflows
- Present improvement outcomes to senior leadership with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement or operational roles
- Proven track record implementing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
- Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in banking/financial services operations preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in matrixed environments
