Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of indoor attractions and experiences, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional visitor experiences
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality
- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments including marketing, maintenance, and guest services to ensure cohesive operations
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
- Develop and manage operational budgets, controlling costs while maintaining service quality
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistently high standards across all indoor attractions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in attractions, entertainment, or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operational environments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards relevant to indoor attractions
- Experience with budget management and financial planning in an operational context
