- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with hospital operational objectives and budget constraints
- Conduct market analysis and supplier research to identify cost-saving opportunities and emerging procurement trends
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with suppliers to achieve optimal value and terms
- Coordinate procurement activities across departments, ensuring timely delivery of critical medical supplies and equipment
- Analyze spending patterns and procurement data to identify process improvements and efficiency gains
- Manage supplier relationships and performance, ensuring compliance with quality standards and service level agreements
- Collaborate with finance and clinical teams to forecast demand and optimize inventory management
- Prepare procurement reports, budgets, and recommendations for senior management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in healthcare or large-scale organizations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build productive vendor relationships
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract administration
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with healthcare procurement regulations and standards is advantageous
