Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key population health performance indicators.
- Translate complex data findings into actionable insights for senior clinical and management stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data reporting processes and ensure high data integrity.
- Support the design and implementation of strategic health programs focused on preventive care and community interventions.
- Conduct deep-dive trend analyses to identify gaps in service delivery and propose evidence-based solutions.
- Prepare regular progress reports, presentation decks, and executive briefings for board-level reviews.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and resource allocation for ongoing health initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, operations, or strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and MS Excel.
- Proven ability to synthesize large datasets into clear, professional narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with an ability to identify root causes in operational workflows.
- Experience working within the Singapore public healthcare sector or a government-linked organization is highly advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
