In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute comprehensive pricing strategies for our air freight, sea freight, and integrated logistics services while optimizing our global network and trade lanes. You'll analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to ensure competitive positioning and revenue maximization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing models with operational capabilities, monitor KPIs, and implement data-driven initiatives to enhance profitability and service excellence. - Develop and implement strategic pricing models for air freight, sea freight, and integrated logistics services
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demands to ensure competitive positioning
- Oversee management of overseas networks and trade lanes, optimizing routes and partnerships
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align pricing strategies with service capabilities
- Monitor and adjust pricing structures in response to market fluctuations and business objectives
- Lead initiatives to expand and enhance the company's freight forwarding network
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all pricing activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or pricing management
- Proven track record in developing and executing pricing strategies in logistics sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills for stakeholder management
- Proficiency in logistics management software and pricing analysis tools
