We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Executive, Procurement to join our team in Bidor, Perak. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that our manufacturing and logistics processes run seamlessly through strategic sourcing and efficient vendor management.
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, from identifying reliable suppliers to negotiating favorable terms that align with our company's financial goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement cycles, including requisition, sourcing, PO issuance, and delivery tracking.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and onboard high-quality, cost-effective suppliers.
- Lead price negotiations to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of raw materials.
- Evaluate supplier performance periodically based on quality, reliability, and delivery lead times.
- Maintain comprehensive procurement records and ensure compliance with company purchasing policies.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and propose cost-saving initiatives to management.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of working experience in procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Strong negotiation skills with a keen eye for detail and analytical problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong professional ethics and integrity in managing vendor contracts and financial documents.
