Join the National Institute of Early Childhood Development (NIEC) as a Senior Executive (Procurement) on a 1-year contract basis. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end procurement lifecycle management including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and vendor relationship management
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational budgetary goals and sustainability objectives
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand procurement requirements and deliver solutions
- Manage procurement documentation, contracts, and performance metrics
- Lead vendor negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in a senior role
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiation
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in public sector or non-profit procurement advantageous
