Join Sunway Retail as a Senior Executive - Procurement and take charge of our strategic sourcing and financial integrity. We are looking for a dedicated professional to oversee project costing, budgeting, and contract management. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all procurement projects are completed within strict budget limits while maximizing profitability targets.
As part of our dynamic team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, you will act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external suppliers. You will manage complex procurement cycles, mitigate risks, and ensure strict compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage project costing and budgeting to ensure all projects remain within financial limits.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments in all procurement activities.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with broader business goals.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
- Strong proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage contracts and understand legal implications.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
