Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for assigned categories.
- Conduct market research and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with vendors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Analyze procurement reports and data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on data interpretation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
