Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for rail and road mobility projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, equipment, and services required for mobility infrastructure projects
- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms, conditions, and pricing
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQ preparation, bid evaluation, contract management, and supplier performance monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure procurement activities support project timelines and budgets
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality standards and ethical procurement practices
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting procurement in the mobility sector
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, with at least 3-5 years in senior or executive positions
- Proven track record in procurement for infrastructure, transportation, or mobility projects, preferably in rail or road sectors
- Strong negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to secure favorable terms in complex procurement scenarios
- Experience with procurement systems and tools, including ERP and e-procurement platforms
- Knowledge of Singaporean procurement regulations, policies, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent are highly desirable
