Join Terberg Manufacturing & Assembly as a Senior Executive in Production (Fabrication) and drive operational excellence in our dynamic manufacturing environment. - Oversee and optimize all fabrication processes to maximize efficiency and output quality
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead, mentor, and develop production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO standards in all production activities
- Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain teams for seamless operations
- Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining product excellence and delivery timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in production management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven expertise in fabrication processes and lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret production data and KPIs
- Experience in team development and performance management
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or related methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities under pressure
