MR.DIY, Southeast Asia's leading home improvement retailer, is seeking a Senior Executive - Project Analyst to join our dynamic corporate team in the Kajang/Bangi/Serdang region. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategic project objectives and on-ground execution, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize project lifecycles and ensure seamless operational delivery.
As a Project Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring KPIs, managing project timelines, and collaborating across departments to scale our processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, monitor, and report on key project performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze project health, budget utilization, and timeline adherence to identify bottlenecks and propose proactive solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication between IT, Operations, and Management stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring all project plans and workflows are updated and accessible.
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis to provide actionable insights for process improvement and cost optimization.
- Manage end-to-end documentation for project status updates, risk registers, and executive board summaries.
- Support the Project Manager in strategic planning and resource allocation for ongoing business expansion projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, business analysis, or operational strategy roles.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into clear executive reports.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment while managing multiple project streams simultaneously.
- Experience in the retail industry or supply chain logistics is a significant advantage.
