Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities including supplier identification, evaluation, and selection
- Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and contractual agreements
- Coordinate cross-functional procurement activities to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities through competitive analysis
- Implement and maintain compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Analyze procurement data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of procurement experience with 3+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in cost reduction and supplier relationship management
- Expertise in contract negotiation and supplier performance management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities
