Join the Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC) as a Senior Executive in the Recreational Nodes Unit and play a pivotal role in shaping the visitor experience at Singapore's premier island destination. You will be entrusted with the stewardship of Sentosa's most iconic heritage and natural assets, including the historic Fort Siloso, the adrenaline-pumping Fort Siloso Skywalk, and the educational Sentosa Nature Discovery. In this role, you will support the Resident Officer in overseeing the strategic planning and daily operations of key recreational nodes. You will ensure that these heritage sites are preserved for future generations while remaining engaging and accessible to millions of visitors annually. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Resident Officer in the strategic planning, development, and operational management of Sentosa's recreational nodes and heritage assets.
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of Fort Siloso and the Fort Siloso Skywalk to ensure safety and visitor engagement.
- Manage the programming and visitor experience at Sentosa Nature Discovery, aligning it with educational and conservation goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including marketing, security, and facilities to ensure seamless operations across all recreational zones.
- Monitor operational KPIs, visitor feedback, and asset conditions to implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to preserve the natural environment and heritage integrity of the island.
- Prepare reports and briefings for senior management regarding asset performance and project progress.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Heritage Studies, History, or a related field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in heritage conservation, tourism operations, or venue management.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's tourism landscape and a demonstrated interest in Sentosa's heritage sites.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle crisis management and ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant property management or operations software.
- Valid Singapore work pass and the flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
