Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for various business units across the ASEAN region.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including professional networking sites, job boards, and social media, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure high-quality talent matches for technical and professional roles.
- Facilitate the selection process, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate experience, and guiding stakeholders through the hiring workflow.
- Provide insightful market intelligence and reporting on recruitment metrics to the Recruitment Lead, ASEAN.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top industry talent to TÜV SÜD.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a multinational corporate or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of local Indonesian labor laws and market practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional digital recruitment platforms.
- Result-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.
