Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end administration of research applications and ethical approval submissions.
- Ensure strict adherence to institutional policies, SOPs, and government regulations regarding clinical research.
- Coordinate with principal investigators, research teams, and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth research project lifecycles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audit readiness and institutional reporting.
- Monitor and track research project milestones, ensuring timely compliance reporting and documentation.
- Support the organizing of training sessions and workshops for clinical staff on research ethics and compliance.
- Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance the efficiency of Research Office operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in research administration, clinical trial coordination, or regulatory affairs.
- Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ethical research guidelines in Singapore.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with research management information systems.
- Highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a diverse healthcare team.
