In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our premium Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising network by identifying, negotiating, and acquiring prime building locations and commercial properties.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and acquire prime building facades, rooftops, and commercial locations for Out-of-Home (OOH) media installation.
- Lead lease negotiations and contract terms with building owners, land landlords, and property management companies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key real estate developers and government stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and market analyses to ensure high-yield potential for new media locations.
- Collaborate closely with internal project management, legal, and operational teams to ensure smooth licensing and installation processes.
- Manage the renewal, renegotiation, and optimization of existing site leases to maximize profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in property acquisition, commercial leasing, real estate development, or OOH resource development.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating complex commercial contracts and closing high-value deals.
- Strong network of active contacts within Jakarta's property, real estate management, and commercial building sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasive negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
