Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive sales activities to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
- Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns for assigned products.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with overall brand objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales and marketing within the manufacturing or FMCG sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
