Tanggung Jawab
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of executive search consultants to achieve aggressive hiring targets.
- Design and implement comprehensive search strategies for C-level, VP, and Director-level positions.
- Conduct deep market research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential talent pools.
- Manage the full lifecycle of executive search, from initial brief to offer acceptance.
- Establish and nurture a vast network of passive candidates within the semiconductor sector.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
- Drive process improvements to enhance candidate experience and time-to-fill metrics.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in executive search or senior talent acquisition, preferably in the semiconductor or technology industry.
- Proven history of successfully placing senior leadership candidates in competitive markets.
- Extensive network of contacts within the semiconductor, electronics, and engineering sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple high-stakes searches simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
- Strategic mindset with a keen eye for identifying long-term talent trends and organizational fit.
