Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and develop a high-performing executive search team focused on leadership-level recruitment
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for executive positions across the semiconductor industry
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified executive candidates through various sourcing channels
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop position specifications
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate executive candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in executive search and talent acquisition
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in executive search or talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting C-level and senior executives in the semiconductor or technology industry
- Extensive network of contacts within the semiconductor and executive recruitment communities
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, technologies, and organizational structures
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making
- Strategic thinking with the ability to develop creative sourcing approaches
