Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic space management plans for university facilities
- Lead and coordinate space utilization projects from conception to completion
- Analyze space requirements and provide recommendations for optimal allocation
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Monitor and report on space utilization metrics and performance indicators
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability standards
- Prepare detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for space management initiatives
- Conduct regular audits of university facilities to identify optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in space management or facilities planning
- Strong project management skills with experience in executing complex projects
- Proficiency in space planning software and CAD tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated experience working in an educational or institutional environment
- Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations
