Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify viable sourcing opportunities and alternative suppliers.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including the preparation and evaluation of RFx (Request for Information/Quotation) documents.
- Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and conditions with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards are met.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders and vendors to ensure service excellence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend strategic sourcing adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide tailored sourcing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and legal requirements in all sourcing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, market reports, and cost models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving cost reduction initiatives.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
