In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in bridging the gap between our current students and our distinguished global alumni network.
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact initiatives that enrich the holistic experience of our student body. From organizing networking events and professional development workshops to implementing engagement strategies that encourage lifelong connection to the university, your work will directly influence the growth and success of our community. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive student and alumni engagement programs to foster a strong sense of community.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, including workshops, career panels, and networking socials.
- Act as a primary liaison between student organizations and alumni bodies to facilitate collaborative projects.
- Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement initiatives and recommend improvements.
- Oversee internal communications, newsletters, and social media outreach to keep the community informed and involved.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across various faculties to ensure initiatives align with university goals.
- Maintain an accurate database of alumni contacts and participation metrics to support ongoing retention efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in student affairs, community engagement, or alumni relations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented academic setting.
- Proficiency in CRM software and event management tools is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated passion for higher education and community building.
