Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels across all retail channels.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve logistics issues and maintain strong relationships.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all handling and storage processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management regarding supply chain performance and forecasts.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste within the supply chain ecosystem.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the retail, FMCG, or manufacturing supply chain sector.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
