You will be responsible for streamlining our procurement lifecycle—from vendor negotiation to stock planning—while ensuring strict adherence to Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of medical supplies.
- Manage end-to-end inventory planning, including forecasting demand and monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate logistics and distribution activities, ensuring all processes align with internal policies and GDPMD compliance standards.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms and reliable delivery schedules.
- Analyze procurement performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to streamline internal supply chain workflows.
- Maintain precise documentation for audit trails and regulatory reporting as required by health authorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GDPMD compliance requirements and related healthcare regulations.
- Proven ability to manage inventory software and ERP systems efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving cost savings.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
