Join ZALORA's dynamic supply chain team as a Senior Executive in Supply Chain & Vendor Management. This pivotal role empowers you to orchestrate the entire import shipment lifecycle – from bulk order placement and purchase order creation to cargo readiness coordination and customs clearance. You'll drive end-to-end process optimization while building strategic partnerships with global suppliers and logistics providers. As a key stakeholder in ZALORA's e-commerce ecosystem, you'll ensure seamless inventory flow, minimize supply chain disruptions, and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies. This position offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, leverage data analytics for continuous improvement, and contribute directly to ZALORA's regional expansion goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end import shipment processes including PO creation, cargo readiness, and customs clearance coordination
- Develop and maintain strategic vendor relationships for optimal pricing and service delivery
- Optimize supply chain operations through data-driven process improvements and KPI monitoring
- Manage logistics partnerships and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and carriers
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and warehouse teams for inventory flow optimization
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in supply chain or vendor management in e-commerce/retail
- Expertise in import/export regulations and international logistics operations
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Advanced analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and process optimization
- Excellent cross-functional communication and leadership abilities
