Job Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Senior Executive, Supply Planner to lead and optimize our supply chain planning processes. In this critical role, you will act as the key bridge between demand and supply, ensuring optimal inventory levels, enhancing forecast accuracy, and supporting strategic business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly demand forecasting cycle, collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to drive alignment and improve accuracy.
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply plans that balance customer service excellence with optimal inventory investment.
- Coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure raw material availability and proactively mitigate supply risks.
- Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional calendars to generate actionable planning insights.
- Drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, preparing key reports and presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
- Champion inventory optimization initiatives, focusing on reducing slow-moving stock, minimizing write-offs, and improving turnover ratios.
- Maximize the capabilities of the company's ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) to streamline planning workflows and enhance data integrity.
- Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, and Production teams to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in supply planning, demand planning, or inventory management, specifically within the FMCG or Retail industry.
- Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle JD Edwards, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a key requirement.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query). Experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
