Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and monitor enterprise-grade IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Perform regular system administration, patching, and updates across servers and network appliances.
- Optimize network performance and server resource allocation to meet growing business demands.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and business continuity protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and minimize downtime.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for hardware and software procurement.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to uphold cybersecurity standards.
- Provide technical documentation and SOPs for infrastructure management processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system administration and network infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in managing Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewalls).
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or CompTIA Security+) are highly preferred.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
