Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end warranty administration process, ensuring timely processing and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate internal and external technical training sessions to upskill staff and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Monitor service quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement operational enhancements.
- Maintain detailed records of technical operations and warranty claims for audit and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and streamline workflows.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management highlighting key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding technical operations.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical operations, warranty management, or customer support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
