Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share in the personal care ingredients sector.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing key accounts.
- Provide technical expertise and formulation support to clients to ensure optimal product performance.
- Conduct professional presentations and technical seminars to showcase new ingredients and industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams, including supply chain and marketing, to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Monitor competitor activities and market intelligence to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through effective pipeline management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically within the personal care or specialty chemicals industry.
- In-depth knowledge of personal care ingredients, chemical properties, and market formulation trends.
- Proven track record of success in business development and achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into value-based solutions for clients.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
