In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our technical store operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless inventory control, optimizing stock accuracy, and maintaining rigorous audit compliance. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to streamline workflows, reduce wastage, and ensure that our technical teams have the resources they need to maintain continuous operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end technical store operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of spare parts and technical consumables.
- Implement and maintain strict inventory control measures to achieve 100% stock accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audit standards and ISO quality management systems.
- Manage the technical database/ERP system to update stock levels, reorder points, and technical documentation.
- Lead periodic stock takes and cycle counts, providing detailed variance reports to management.
- Optimize warehouse storage layouts to enhance accessibility and physical stock security.
- Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of critical components.
- Analyze stock movement trends to minimize dead stock and optimize cost efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical store management or industrial inventory control.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of industrial spare parts identification and classification.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage audits and maintain meticulous documentation.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
