Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily trading activities in alignment with corporate strategy and market demand.
- Monitor market trends and provide data-driven insights to mitigate commercial risks.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and transport teams to ensure timely supply chain delivery.
- Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, brokers, and external partners.
- Prepare comprehensive trade reports and performance metrics for management review.
- Ensure full compliance with internal trading policies, local regulations, and safety standards.
- Support the development of new trading models to optimize operational margins.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in trading, commodity management, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong understanding of market mechanics, hedging strategies, and logistics operations.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, VBA, or SQL is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of working in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to interpret regulatory requirements within the manufacturing and transport sectors.
