PT PSE Prima Sukses is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Export Import Specialist to join our dynamic team in Ngoro, Jawa Timur. As a key player in the manufacturing and logistics sector, you will be responsible for overseeing our international trade operations, ensuring seamless compliance with government regulations, and optimizing our global supply chain efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of export and import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian customs regulations, BPJPH requirements, and international trade laws to prevent any regulatory issues.
- Liaise effectively with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to coordinate timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Analyze shipping routes and logistics costs to optimize budgets and improve delivery schedules.
- Monitor shipment status in real-time and proactively resolve any logistical challenges to ensure on-time delivery to clients.
- Prepare and submit all necessary permits, licenses, and declarations required for cross-border trade activities.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to align export schedules with production cycles and market demand.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in Export/Import operations, freight forwarding, or logistics management.
- In-depth knowledge of Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP) and international shipping regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of attention to detail with a proven track record of managing complex documentation accurately.
