Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the estimation process for diverse and complex facade projects including curtain walls, cladding, and glazing systems.
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs to develop accurate cost estimates and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams to obtain competitive pricing and technical insights.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments to identify potential cost drivers and suggest value engineering solutions.
- Prepare comprehensive tender documentation and bid proposals that align with client requirements and project budgets.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in facade materials and construction costs to refine estimation models.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior estimators within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facade estimation or quantity surveying for large-scale construction projects.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and AutoCAD/BIM modeling tools.
- In-depth knowledge of facade materials, structural requirements, and local/international building codes.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and logical reasoning skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex financial data to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/Work from Home capacity while maintaining high productivity.
