Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to prepare accurate facade cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment of design and budget
- Research and evaluate materials, systems, and technologies for facade applications
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and documentation for client presentations
- Monitor market trends and pricing for facade materials and systems
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations for facade solutions
- Review and validate estimates prepared by junior team members
- Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and regulations affecting facade systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facade estimation or related role
- Proficiency in estimation software such as CostX, WinQS, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in cost estimation or project management is a plus
