Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety equipment
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment lifespan and performance
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate maintenance activities with external contractors
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvement initiatives
- Investigate and resolve facility-related issues using systematic diagnostic approaches
- Prepare detailed reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and compliance status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in facilities engineering or building management
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and fire safety protocols
- Proven experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance program implementation
- Certification in Facilities Management (e.g., CFM) or related engineering discipline preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills with ability to coordinate across departments and stakeholders
