Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee maintenance and optimization of electrical power systems including transformers, switchgear, and distribution networks
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical electrical infrastructure
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of electrical system failures to minimize operational downtime
- Manage contractor relationships and coordinate maintenance projects across facilities
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and industry regulations
- Prepare technical documentation including system schematics, maintenance reports, and improvement proposals
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians to build technical capabilities within the team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities engineering with focus on electrical/power systems
- Professional certification in electrical engineering (e.g., Licensed Electrical Worker) preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools and power system analysis software
- Demonstrated experience with project management and vendor coordination
