Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate annual electrical shutdowns and maintenance activities to minimize disruption to hospital operations
- Interpret electrical single-line diagrams, schematic drawings, and wiring layouts for system analysis and troubleshooting
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electrical systems throughout the hospital facility
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and hospital policies
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility renovations and expansions
- Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for electrical services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management with emphasis on electrical systems
- Professional certification in facilities management (e.g., CFM, SFP) or electrical engineering
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations
- Experience working in healthcare or similar regulated environment preferred
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
