Join Raffles Hotels & Resorts as a Senior Facilities Technician and become a vital part of our world-class hospitality team. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure the seamless operation of all engineering systems within our prestigious Central Region properties. Your expertise will directly impact guest experiences by maintaining our luxurious facilities to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and aesthetic excellence. Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement preventive maintenance programs while troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily inspections, maintenance, and repairs of hotel engineering systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety equipment
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to optimize equipment longevity and operational efficiency
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Manage technical documentation, inventory control, and vendor relationships for engineering supplies
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and brand operational protocols
- Lead junior technicians through training, task delegation, and performance guidance
- Coordinate emergency response procedures for facility disruptions and power outages
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Facilities Management, Engineering Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel facilities maintenance with senior-level responsibilities
- Advanced certification in HVAC, electrical systems, or building automation (e.g., BMS)
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities for complex mechanical systems
- Valid Singaporean work permit and relevant trade licenses
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
